Mango Sevayi Kheer

Recipe :-

Ingredients :-

Mango – 2

Milk –  1 liter

Sevayi – 1 bowl

Oil – 1 tbsp

Green Cardamom – 2

Dry fruits

Method :-

Make a mango milkshake by blending mango pieces in 1 cup milk and keep aside.

Put non stick pan on flame adding oil & green cardamom, let them crackle.

Roast sevayi till light golden brown color and take out in a bowl .

In a pan boil milk and switch off the flame , let it cool down.

Than mix roasted sevayi and cook at medium flame for 10 min by continue stirring it with spoon.

Again switch off the flame and keep pan aside to cool down.

Mix  mango milkshake and at slow flame cook for 10 min till it become thick.

Take it out in a bowl, put all chopped dry fruits on it and keep in fridge.

Your  Mango Sevayi Kheer is ready.

Mango Cookies

Recipe :-

Ingredients –

Mango – 2

Milk – ½  cup

Wheat flour – 1 cup

Salt – 1 tsp

Oil – 1 tbsp

Method :-

Make a mango milkshake in a blender.

In a bowl mix wheat flour , salt , mango milkshake , oil . Knead a little hard dough and keep aside to rest for 10 min.

Make small flat round cookies and place them in an oil greased oven tray.

Preheat oven and toast these cookies for 25 min at 250’C.

They will turn crispy light golden color from outside but soft from inside.

Your Mango Cookies are ready.

Oats Dried Kiwi Fig Pudding

Recipe :-

Ingredients :-

Milk – 1 litre

Oats – 1 Cup

Dried kiwi pieces – ½ cup

Dried fig pieces – ½ cup

Green cardamom powder – ½ tsp

Method :-

Boil milk in a non stick pan.

Add dried kiwi , fig pieces  and cook for 10 min. They will become soft but don’t mash the pieces.

Now add oats and keep stirring till it become thick.

Switch off the flame , add green cardamom powder in it.

Keep in fridge and serve it chill .

Your  Oats Dried Kiwi Fig Pudding is ready.

Dried Papaya Fruit Cookies

Recipe :-

Ingredients :-

Dried papaya small pieces – 1 cup

Wheat flour – 1 cup

Salt – ½ tsp

Milk – ½ cup

Olive oil – 1 ½  tbsp

Method :-

In a bowl mix wheat flour , dried papaya , salt , olive oil . Make crumbs of the mixture with the help of oil.

Than add milk and knead a hard dough.

Make flat round cookies and arrange them in an oil greased oven try.

Preheat oven and toast these cookies for 25 min at 250’C.

The crispy papaya cookies are ready.

Note :- Keep them in fridge their shelf life will be 3 days at home, if you are traveling and want to take it with you than their shelf life is 2 days.

Apple Cottage Cheese Cake

Recipe :-

Ingredients :-

Semolina – 1 cup

Apple ( chopped in small pieces ) – 2

Cottage cheese ( chopped in small pieces ) – ½ cup

Milk – 1 ½ cup

Jaggery – ½ cup

Oil – 1 tbsp

Dried cranberry, chopped almonds for toppings.

Method :-

Put a non stick pan on flame adding oil, fry apples and cottage cheese for 2 min and mash them properly.

Add semolina and milk, cook till batter start leaving the pan.

At  medium flame add jaggery to the pan and cook for another 5 min.

Switch off the flame , take out the batter in a cake mould.

Let it set for 10 min.

Take out cake from the mould and do topping with dried cranberry, chopped almonds.

Your Apple Cottage Cheese Cake is ready.

Papaya Dry fruits Milkshake

Recipe :-

Ingredients :-

Papaya pieces – 1 bowl

Milk – ½ cup

Almonds – 7 ( chopped )

Raisins – 5

Dried cranberries – 7

Method :-

In a fruit blender add papaya pieces, milk , almonds.

Blend them nicely, the shake must be  thick.

Take out in a bowl , mix some small chopped pieces of papaya.

Give a topping of raisins , chopped almonds, dried cranberries.

Your Papaya Dry fruits Milkshake is ready.

Banana Coconut Balls

Recipe :-

Ingredients –

Semolina – 1 cup

Milk – 1 cup

Jaggery – ½ cup

Grated coconut – 1 cup

Banana – 1 cup

Oil – 1 tbsp

Method :-

Cut banana into small pieces .

Put non stick pan on flame pour milk and mix banana pieces in it. Stir with spoon for 2 min.

Now add semolina , jaggery, grated coconut. Cook till mixture start leaving the pan.

Add 1 tbsp oil so that batter becomes smooth.

Take it out in a plate & let cool down.

Make small balls and roll them in the grated coconut.

Sprinkle some almonds on the balls.

Your Banana Coconut Balls are ready.
