Boondi Jamun Halwa

Recipe :-

Ingredients –

Boondi ladoos – 4

Jamun ( Black Plum ) – 15

Milk – 2 cup

Roasted Semolina – 1 ½ cup

Figs – 4

Oil – 1 tbsp

Grated coconut for garnishing

Method –

Boil jamuns, remove it seeds and keep the pulp in a bowl.

Cut figs in small pieces and break boondi ladoo in pieces.

Put pan on flame adding oil,  fry figs & jamun pulp for 5 min.

Add milk and boil till figs becomes soft.

Now mix semolina and pieces of boondi ladoo .

Cook till it start leaving the pan.

Take it out in a plate and garnish with grated coconut.

Your Boondi Jamun Halwa is ready.

Kiwi Muzafir

Recipe :-

Ingredients –

Sevayi – 1 bowl

Dried Kiwi – ½ cup

Jaggery – 1 tbsp

Oil – 1 tbsp

Green Cardamom – 2

Milk – 1 ½ cup

Grated Coconut for garnishing

Method –

Put pan on flame adding oil & green cardamom, let them crackle.

Now roast sevayi till light golden brown in color. In this  mix kiwi pieces and roast them with sevayi for 5 min at slow flame.

Add milk and cook till it start leaving the pan.

Now add jaggery and cook for another 5 min more.

Switch off the flame add grated coconut and kiwi pieces.

Your  Kiwi Muzafir  is ready.

Coffee Fruit Twisted Dessert

Recipe :-

Ingredients –

Papaya pieces – 1 cup

Milk – 2 cup

Coffee – 1 tsp

Semolina – 1 cup

Oil – 1 tbsp

Honey – 1 tsp

Grated coconut – ½ cup

Method –

Put non stick pan on flame boil 1 cup milk in it, than add coffee powder  and make a sugar free coffee.

Mix ½ cup semolina in the coffee and cook till it start leaving the pan.

Add 1 tsp oil and honey in it and cook for 2 min .

Take it out in a bowl & let it cool down.

Pour 1 cup milk in a blender , add papaya pieces and make a smooth milkshake.

Again put the pan on flame , in 1 tsp oil roast semolina till light golden brown color.

Add papaya milkshake in it and cook till it start leaving the pan.

Take it out in a bowl and let it cool down.

Put a cookie cutter on a plate , make first layer of coffee semolina in it.

Than put another layer of papaya milkshake.

Decorate with the topping of grated coconut & almonds.

Your Coffee Papaya Twisted Dessert is ready.

Orange Chocolate Kheer

Recipe :-

Ingredients –

Orange pulp – ½ cup

Milk – 1 litre

Chocolate – ½ cup

Oats – 1  cup

Dry fruits for garnishing

Recipe :-

Boil milk in a pan , than at slow flame add oats and keep stirring with spoon continuously till it become thick.

Now add chocolate and at slow flame cook for 5 min.

Switch off the flame , let kheer to be cool down.

Than add orange pulp in it and mix well.

Take it out in a bowl , garnish with dry fruits and keep it in fridge .

Your Orange Chocolate Kheer is ready.

Mango Sevayi Kheer

Recipe :-

Ingredients :-

Mango – 2

Milk –  1 liter

Sevayi – 1 bowl

Oil – 1 tbsp

Green Cardamom – 2

Dry fruits

Method :-

Make a mango milkshake by blending mango pieces in 1 cup milk and keep aside.

Put non stick pan on flame adding oil & green cardamom, let them crackle.

Roast sevayi till light golden brown color and take out in a bowl .

In a pan boil milk and switch off the flame , let it cool down.

Than mix roasted sevayi and cook at medium flame for 10 min by continue stirring it with spoon.

Again switch off the flame and keep pan aside to cool down.

Mix  mango milkshake and at slow flame cook for 10 min till it become thick.

Take it out in a bowl, put all chopped dry fruits on it and keep in fridge.

Your  Mango Sevayi Kheer is ready.

Mango Cookies

Recipe :-

Ingredients –

Mango – 2

Milk – ½  cup

Wheat flour – 1 cup

Salt – 1 tsp

Oil – 1 tbsp

Method :-

Make a mango milkshake in a blender.

In a bowl mix wheat flour , salt , mango milkshake , oil . Knead a little hard dough and keep aside to rest for 10 min.

Make small flat round cookies and place them in an oil greased oven tray.

Preheat oven and toast these cookies for 25 min at 250’C.

They will turn crispy light golden color from outside but soft from inside.

Your Mango Cookies are ready.

Oats Dried Kiwi Fig Pudding

Recipe :-

Ingredients :-

Milk – 1 litre

Oats – 1 Cup

Dried kiwi pieces – ½ cup

Dried fig pieces – ½ cup

Green cardamom powder – ½ tsp

Method :-

Boil milk in a non stick pan.

Add dried kiwi , fig pieces  and cook for 10 min. They will become soft but don’t mash the pieces.

Now add oats and keep stirring till it become thick.

Switch off the flame , add green cardamom powder in it.

Keep in fridge and serve it chill .

Your  Oats Dried Kiwi Fig Pudding is ready.
