Paan Chocolate Pudding

Recipe :-

Ingredients –

Betel leaf – 2

Chocolate – 3

Milk – 1 litre

Oats – 1 cup

Dried Kiwi – 4 pieces

Method –

Make a paste of betel leaf in 1 ½ cup milk. With the use of tea strainer, strain  the milk and keep it aside. ( Here we will only use the betel leaf milk not the paste ).

Boil milk in a non stick pan , add oats with chocolate, betel leaf milk, dried kiwi .

Keep stirring continuously with spoon till it become thick.

Switch off the flame, take it out in a bowl and after 15 min keep it in fridge.

Serve it by garnishing with chopped dry fruits.

Your Paan Chocolate Pudding is ready.

Dry Dates Muzafir

Recipe :-

Ingredients –

Dry Dates (Khajoor /Chuwara )  – 8

Milk – 1 litre

Sevayi – 1 plate

Green cardamom – 3

Oil – 1 tbsp

Dry fruits ( chopped)

Grated Coconut

Method –

Boil Milk , than add dry dates in it and boil at slow flame for 15 min.

Than pour the milk with dates in a bowl & keep it in fridge for whole one day.

Next day take out the dates from the milk , remove their seeds and cut them in small pieces.

Put a non stick pan on flame adding oil , green cardamom let them crackle than fry sevayi till light golden brown color.

Add dry dates milk and dry dates pieces in it . Cook till it start leaving the pan.

Take it out in a bowl , garnish with grated coconut and dry fruits.

Your Dry Dates Muzafir is ready.

Dry Fruits Wheat Flour Ladoo

Recipe :-

Ingredients –

Wheat flour – 1 cup

Almonds – 5

Cashew nuts – 4

Raisins – 10

White poppy seeds – ½ cup

Jaggery –1 ½ cup

Oil – 1 ½ tbsp

Method –

Put pan on flame adding oil, roast wheat flour till light golden brown color.

Add all dry fruits, white poppy seeds, jaggery.

Cook till it start leaving the pan.

Take it out in a plate and make small round balls , it will not be perfectly round because of the dry fruits.

Arrange them in plate.

Your Dry Fruits Wheat Flour Ladoo are ready.

Biscuits Semolina Halwa

Recipe :-

Ingredients –

Roasted semolina – 1 cup

Milk – 1 ½ cup

Coffee – 1 tsp

Biscuits – 5

Oil – 1 tbsp

Method –

Make biscuits in a powder form and keep aside.

Put pan on a flame, boil milk in it than make coffee without adding sugar.

Slow the flame add roasted semolina, biscuits powder and cook till it start leaving the pan.

Add oil and cook for another 5 min.

Take out in a bowl and let it cool down.

Now take  a chocolate mould , fill all the moulds with  halwa.

Press them with spoon to get a smooth surface.

Now take out all pieces of halwa and serve it in plate.

Your Biscuits Semolina Halwa is ready.

Coffee Fruit Twisted Dessert

Recipe :-

Ingredients –

Papaya pieces – 1 cup

Milk – 2 cup

Coffee – 1 tsp

Semolina – 1 cup

Oil – 1 tbsp

Honey – 1 tsp

Grated coconut – ½ cup

Method –

Put non stick pan on flame boil 1 cup milk in it, than add coffee powder  and make a sugar free coffee.

Mix ½ cup semolina in the coffee and cook till it start leaving the pan.

Add 1 tsp oil and honey in it and cook for 2 min .

Take it out in a bowl & let it cool down.

Pour 1 cup milk in a blender , add papaya pieces and make a smooth milkshake.

Again put the pan on flame , in 1 tsp oil roast semolina till light golden brown color.

Add papaya milkshake in it and cook till it start leaving the pan.

Take it out in a bowl and let it cool down.

Put a cookie cutter on a plate , make first layer of coffee semolina in it.

Than put another layer of papaya milkshake.

Decorate with the topping of grated coconut & almonds.

Your Coffee Papaya Twisted Dessert is ready.

Christmas Chocolate Rolls

Recipe –

Ingredients –

Wheat flour – 1 cup

Water – ½ cup

Salt – 1 tsp

Chocolates – 3

Milk – 1 tbsp

Method –

In a bowl knead a dough by mixing wheat flour, water, salt and keep it aside.

Put a small sauce pan on flame , adding milk & chocolates.

Let the chocolates melt in milk and cook till it become thick.

Switch off the flame & let chocolate batter cool down.

Make a ball of wheat flour , flat it  with  your palm.

Put some dry flour on rolling board with the help of rolling pin make a medium size tortilla.

Take one spoon of chocolate batter and spread it on the tortilla.

Roll the tortilla and keep it on an oil greased oven tray.

Preheat oven for 5 min and toast this roll at 200’C for 30 min.

It will turn crispy light golden color and chocolate will automatically come out of the roll.

Your Christmas Chocolate Roll is ready.

Orange Chocolate Kheer

Recipe :-

Ingredients –

Orange pulp – ½ cup

Milk – 1 litre

Chocolate – ½ cup

Oats – 1  cup

Dry fruits for garnishing

Recipe :-

Boil milk in a pan , than at slow flame add oats and keep stirring with spoon continuously till it become thick.

Now add chocolate and at slow flame cook for 5 min.

Switch off the flame , let kheer to be cool down.

Than add orange pulp in it and mix well.

Take it out in a bowl , garnish with dry fruits and keep it in fridge .

Your Orange Chocolate Kheer is ready.
