Coffee Cottage Cheese Balls

Recipe

Ingredients :-

Wheat Flour – 1 ½  cup

Fox nut powder  – ½ cup

Cottage cheese ( paneer) ( grated ) – ½ cup

Jaggery – ½ cup

Fig paste – ½ cup

Dried Cranberry – 10

Raisins – 10

Grated Coconut – 1 cup

Almonds ( Chopped ) – 10

Pistachio ( Chopped ) – 10

Brazil nut ( Chopped ) – 5

Cashew nut ( Chopped ) – 5

Coffee ( Green cardamom flavor ) – 2 tsp

Khoya  – ½ cup

Milk – 1 cup

Oil – 2 tbsp

Method :-

Put a non stick pan on flame adding oil and roast wheat flour till light golden brown color.

Take it out in a plate and keep aside.

In the same pan make coffee without adding sugar.

At slow flame add wheat flour , jaggery , fox nut powder, cottage cheese, khoya , fig paste and cook till all coffee is absorbed in the mixture.

Switch off the flame and add all dry fruits. Take it out in a plate to cool down.

Make small round balls and keep them in fridge , they will stay good for 3 days.

Your Coffee Cottage Cheese Balls are ready.

Chocolate Semolina Stuffed Cookies

Recipe :-

Ingredients :-

Stuffing –

Chocolate – 6

Semolina – 1 cup

Milk – 1 cup

Coconut powder – ½ cup

For Cookies Dough –

Wheat flour – 1 cup

Baking soda – 1 tsp

Baking powder – 1 tsp

Salt – 1 tsp

Oil – 1 tbsp

Milk – ½ cup

Method :-

Put a non stick pan on flame , melt chocolates by adding milk in it.

As soon as chocolate get melts add semolina. Cook till it start leaving the pan.

Take it out in a plate mix coconut powder , keep it aside .

In a bowl mix wheat flour , baking soda , baking powder , salt  , milk , oil. Knead a soft dough and keep aside by covering it with a cloth for 10 min.

Make small round ball, flatten it with your hand and put 1 tsp of stuffing on it , fold all the edges of the dough inside and again make a ball of it . With the help of your palm flatten the ball in a round shape cookies .

Use rest of the dough by applying the same procedure as above and than place all the cookies in an oil greased oven tray.

Preheat the oven and toast these cookies for 25 min at 250’C.

They will crack and become crispy from outside but will be soft from inside because of stuffing.

Take it out in a bowl and enjoy with your tea or coffee.

Keep them in fridge , they will stay longer for 3 days .

Chocolate Papaya Cookies

Recipe :-

Ingredients –

Papaya – 1 cup

Milk – 1 1/2 cup

Chocolate – 6

Wheat flour – 1 cup

Baking soda – 1 tsp

Oil – 1 tbsp

Method :-

Make papaya milkshake by adding papaya pieces in a blender with 1/2 cup milk.

Take it out in a bowl and keep aside.

Melt the chocolates in a pan .

In a bowl mix wheat flour, papaya milkshake , baking soda , melted chocolate, oil , milk . Knead a soft dough and make flat round cookies.

Place all the cookies in an oil greased oven tray .

Preheat oven and toast these cookies at 250’C for 25 min .

Your Chocolate Papaya Cookies are ready.

Chocolate Oats Pudding

Recipe :-

Ingredients –

Chocolates – 1 cup

Oats – 1 cup

Rice flakes – ½ cup

Fig pieces – ½ cup

Milk – 1 litre

Dry fruits ( chopped)

Method :-

Boil milk in a non stick pan, add rice flakes, oats, figs and keep stirring it continuously .

After 10 min add chocolates and cook till it become thick.

Take it out in a bowl , add dry fruits in it.

Your Chocolate Oats Pudding is ready.

Chocolate Dry fruits Snow Balls

Recipe :-

Chocolate ( grated) – 1 cup

Semolina – 1 cup

Almonds – 8

Cashew nuts – 8

Pistachio – 8

Walnut – 8

Raisin – 5

Coconut powder – 1 cup

Green cardamom powder – 1 tsp

Milk – 1 cup

Oil – 1 tbsp

Method :-

Crush all dry fruits in pieces with a rolling pin and keep aside. Be sure you don’t make a powder of the dry fruits  .

Put pan on flame add oil , roast semolina till light golden brown color.

Add chocolate , milk , dry fruits , oil.

Cook for 10 min till all the ingredients are nicely mixed.

Now switch off the flame ,add coconut powder, green cardamom powder  in pan and mix again .

Take it out in plate , make small balls of the mixture.

Roll the balls in a coconut powder .

Your Chocolate Dry Fruits Snow Balls  are ready .

Mango Sevayi Kheer

Recipe :-

Ingredients :-

Mango – 2

Milk –  1 liter

Sevayi – 1 bowl

Oil – 1 tbsp

Green Cardamom – 2

Dry fruits

Method :-

Make a mango milkshake by blending mango pieces in 1 cup milk and keep aside.

Put non stick pan on flame adding oil & green cardamom, let them crackle.

Roast sevayi till light golden brown color and take out in a bowl .

In a pan boil milk and switch off the flame , let it cool down.

Than mix roasted sevayi and cook at medium flame for 10 min by continue stirring it with spoon.

Again switch off the flame and keep pan aside to cool down.

Mix  mango milkshake and at slow flame cook for 10 min till it become thick.

Take it out in a bowl, put all chopped dry fruits on it and keep in fridge.

Your  Mango Sevayi Kheer is ready.

Mango Oats Pudding

Recipe :-

Ingredients –

Mango – 3 ( chopped )

Milk – 1 litre

Oats – ½ cup

Dry fruits for topping

Method :-

Make a mango shake by adding 1 cup milk with chopped mango in a blender jar.

Take it out in a bowl and keep aside.

Again boil the left over milk in a non stick pan than add oats and cook for 10 min.

Switch off the flame and leave it to cool down .

Now add mango milkshake and cook at slow flame for 10 min.

As soon as it become thick , take it out in a bowl.

Add dry fruits on it and keep in fridge .

Your Mango Oats Pudding is ready.
