Orange Pistachio Milk

A simple orange 🍊 flavored with pistachio touch for this summer’s innovated a light drink.

Recipe :-

Milk – 1 Cup

Orange pulp (fresh) – 1/2 Cup

Pistachio powder – 1 tbsp

Method :-

In a bowl mix orange pulp with milk nicely with spoon.

Pour it in a glass, keep in fridge for 15 min. It should be slightly cool down.

Take it out & garnish with pistachio powder.

Your Orange Pistachio Milk is ready.

Saunf ki Lassi (Fennel Yoghurt Drink )

Ingredients –

Chilled Yoghurt – 1/2 Cup

Chilled Milk – 1 Cup

Fennel seeds powder – 1 tsp

Jaggery – a pinch

Method :-

In a blender add yoghurt, milk, fennel seeds powder, jaggery.

Blend till it becomes a smooth paste & foam start forming on it.

Take it out in a glass.

Your Saunf ki Lassi ( Fennel Yoghurt Drink) is ready.

Sahlab / Salep

This is traditional middle eastern drink rich, creamy nd healthy. It’s made up of sugar bt I hv innovated it with jaggery.

Recipe :-

Ingredients –

Milk – 4 Cup

Cornstarch – 2 tbsp

Jaggery – 1 Cup

Rose water – 1 tbsp

Cinnamon powder, pistachio powder as garnish

Method :-

Place 2 cup milk in a saucepan, boil it.

In a 2 cup cold milk mix cornstarch.

Add this cornstarch milk in boiled milk & keep stirring at slow flame.

Than add jaggery cook till it becomes thickened. Now add rose water in it.

Transfer to cups & sprinkle cinnamon powder, pistachio powder on top of it.

Serve it hot.

Your Sahlab is ready.

Masala Jaggery Chai (Spicy Jaggery Tea)

Ingredients :-

Cloves – 12

Ginger Powder – 1 tbsp

Green cardamom – 7

Cinnamon stick – 2

Fennel seeds – 1 tbsp

Nutmeg – 1/2

Black Pepper – 12

Star Anise – 1

Tulsi ( Basil leaves) – 4

Jaggery – 1 tbsp

Milk – 1 Cup

Tea leaves – 1 tbsp

Method :-

In a grinder make a fine powder by taking nutmeg, cloves, green cardamom, star anise, black pepper, cinnamon sticks, fennel seeds.

Take it out in a bowl mix ginger powder in it.

Put utensil on flame adding milk, tea leaves, tulsi (basil leaves) . Make a tea, when it is half cooked than at slow flame put 1 tbsp masala powder.
Cook for 5 min at slow flame.

Than switch off the flame, add jaggery in it. Bcz it is hot so jaggery will easily get melt in it.

Take it out in a Cup & enjoy it.

Your Masala Jaggery Chai
(Spicy Jaggery Tea ) is ready.
