Curd Coated Fish

Recipe :-

Ingredients –

Fish pieces – 5

Curd – 1 cup

Red chili powder – 1 tsp

Salt – 1 tsp

Lemon juice – 2 tsp

Turmeric powder – 1 tsp

Oil – 1 tbsp

Method :-

Wash the fish pieces nicely with water and put salt, turmeric powder , lemon juice on it . Keep aside for 15 min.

Till than in a bowl mix curd, red chili powder , salt.

Wash the fish pieces  again and dip it in the batter of curd.

Keep marinated  fish in the fridge for 6 hours.

Than fry it in non stick pan from both the side till light golden brown color.

Your Curd Coated Fish is ready.
