Chocolate ( grated) – 1 cup
Semolina – 1 cup
Almonds – 8
Cashew nuts – 8
Pistachio – 8
Walnut – 8
Raisin – 5
Coconut powder – 1 cup
Green cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Milk – 1 cup
Oil – 1 tbsp
Crush all dry fruits in pieces with a rolling pin and keep aside. Be sure you don’t make a powder of the dry fruits .
Put pan on flame add oil , roast semolina till light golden brown color.
Add chocolate , milk , dry fruits , oil.
Cook for 10 min till all the ingredients are nicely mixed.
Now switch off the flame ,add coconut powder, green cardamom powder in pan and mix again .
Take it out in plate , make small balls of the mixture.
Roll the balls in a coconut powder .
Your Chocolate Dry Fruits Snow Balls are ready .
