Dried papaya small pieces – 1 cup
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Salt – ½ tsp
Milk – ½ cup
Olive oil – 1 ½ tbsp
In a bowl mix wheat flour , dried papaya , salt , olive oil . Make crumbs of the mixture with the help of oil.
Than add milk and knead a hard dough.
Make flat round cookies and arrange them in an oil greased oven try.
Preheat oven and toast these cookies for 25 min at 250’C.
The crispy papaya cookies are ready.
Note :- Keep them in fridge their shelf life will be 3 days at home, if you are traveling and want to take it with you than their shelf life is 2 days.
