Recipe
Ingredients :-
Oats – 1 cup soak in ½ cup water
Onion – 1 ( chopped )
Green Chili – 1 ( chopped)
Red chili powder – ½ tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Coriander leaves – 15 strings ( chopped)
Method :-
In a bowl mix oats , red chili powder , onions, green chili, turmeric powder , salt , coriander leaves .
Put non stick pan on flame adding 1 tsp oil.
Make small cutlets of the batter and fry them from both the sides till light golden color.
Serve them with homemade sauce.
Your Oats Cutlets are ready.
