Milky Paneer

Recipe :-

Ingredients :-

Paneer pieces – 1 cup

Onion ( chopped ) – 2

Red chili powder – 2 tsp

Salt – According to your taste

Tomatoes ( chopped ) – 4

Milk – 2 cup

Black pepper – 4

Ginger / garlic paste – ½ tsp

Turmeric powder – 1 tsp

Oil – 1 tbsp

Coriander leaves for garnishing

Method :-

Put pan on flame adding oil & black pepper , let them crackle . Fry onion till light golden brown color.

Add tomatoes , red chili powder, ginger/garlic paste , salt , turmeric powder . Cook till oil start leaving the pan.

Switch off the flame, let the gravy rest for 10 min.

In another pan fry paneer pieces till light golden color.

At slow flame add paneer and milk in the gravy, cover it with lid cook at medium flame till all the extra water from milk gets evaporated .

Now check time to time that it becomes thick and smooth according to you.

Add little oil in the thick gravy.

Take it out in a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.

Your Milky Paneer is ready.

Scrambled Eggs

Recipe :-

Ingredients :-

Eggs – 4

Onions ( chopped )  – 3

Green chilies ( chopped )- 2

Red chili powder – 2 tsp

Salt  – 1 tsp

Turmeric powder – 1 tsp

Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp

Curry leaves – 3 strings

Tomatoes ( chopped ) – 3

Oil – 1 tbsp

Coriander leaves for garnishing

Method :-

In a bowl beat eggs with fork nicely.

Put a pan on flame adding oil with mustard seeds , curry leaves and let them crackle .

Fry onions till light golden brown colour, add tomatoes , beaten eggs , red chili powder, salt , green chilies , turmeric powder.

With spoon stir the eggs and cook till oil start coming out.

Cover it with lid and cook at slow flame for 5 min.

Take out in a bowl, garnish with coriander leaves.

Your Scrambled Eggs are ready.

Papaya Muffins

Recipe :-

Ingredients –

Papaya pieces – 1 medium bowl

Milk – 1 ½ cup

Wheat flour – 1 cup

Jaggery – ½ cup

Olive oil – 1 tbsp

Baking powder – 1 tsp

Method :-

In a mixer make a papaya milkshake by taking 1 cup milk.

In a bowl mix wheat flour , papaya milkshake , jaggery, olive oil , baking powder  ,  ½ cup milk. Mix it nicely till the batter becomes smooth and little thick.

Pour the batter in muffin moulds and keep pieces of dried cranberry on it.

Preheat oven and  bake these muffins for 25 min at 250’C.

They will turn crusty from outside and will be soft from inside.

Your Papaya Muffins are ready.

Oats Wheat Porridge

Recipe :-

Ingredients :-

Oats – 2 cup

Broken wheat – 1 ½ cup

Water – 4 medium glass

Red chili powder – 2 tsp

Salt – 2 tsp

Garam masala powder ( mix spice powder ) – 1 ½ tsp

Turmeric powder – 1 tsp

Black pepper – 3

Ginger / Garlic paste – 1 tsp

Green chilies ( chopped ) – 2

Onion ( chopped ) – 2 medium

Oil – 2 tbsp

Mustard seeds – 1 tsp

Mint leaves for garnishing.

Method :-

Put a utensil on flame adding oil with black pepper, let it crackle.

Add broken wheat , oats , ginger/garlic paste , garam masala powder , turmeric powder , red chili powder , salt , green chilies,  water .

Cook till broken wheat becomes soft and according to you add water , if you want your porridge little thick than don’t add water .

For tempering :- Put non stick pan on flame add oil with  mustard seeds and onion, fry till light golden brown color.

Add the tempering on the porridge & garnish with mint leaves.

Your Oats Wheat Porridge is ready.

Gudh Rawa Halwa

Recipe :-

Ingredients :-

Semolina – 1 cup

Jaggery – ½ cup

Water – 1 ½ cup

Green cardamom powder – 1 tsp

Grated coconut, chopped dry fruits for decoration.

Oil – 1 tbsp

Method :-

Put non stick pan on flame adding oil, roast semolina till light golden brown color .

Add jaggery , water and cook till it start leaving the pan.

Now mix green cardamom powder in the halwa and cover it with a lid.

Cook for 5 min at slow flame.

Take it  out in a bowl and decorate with grated coconut or coconut powder , chopped dry fruits.

Your Gudh Rawa Halwa is ready.

Oats Curry Leaves Omelette

Recipe :-

Ingredients :-

Oats – 1 cup

Onion – 1 ( chopped )

Red chili powder – 1 tsp

Salt – 1 tsp

Curry leaves – 5 strings ( chopped )

Turmeric powder – ½ tsp

Zaatar powder – 1 tsp ( optional )

Oil – 1 tsp

Water – ½ cup

Method :-

In a bowl mix oats , onion , salt , red chili powder , curry leaves , turmeric powder , zaatar powder , water. Make a smooth batter like a pan cake.

Put non stick pan on flame adding oil pour the batter and cook from both the sides till light golden brown color.

Make sure that you spread the batter thin , it will cook nicely .

Place them in plate and have it with any homemade sauce.

Your Oats Curry Leaves Omelette is ready.

Oats Cutlets

Recipe

Ingredients :-

Oats – 1 cup soak in ½ cup water

Onion – 1 ( chopped )

Green Chili – 1 ( chopped)

Red chili powder –  ½ tsp

Salt – ½ tsp

Turmeric powder – ½ tsp

Coriander leaves – 15 strings ( chopped)

Method :-

In a bowl mix oats , red chili powder , onions, green chili, turmeric powder , salt , coriander leaves .

Put non stick pan on flame adding 1 tsp oil.

Make small cutlets of the batter and fry them from both the sides till light golden color.

Serve them with homemade sauce.

Your Oats Cutlets are ready.
