Anda Methi ( Scrambled Fenugreek Egg)

Recipe :-

Ingredients –

Fenugreek leaves – 1 bunch ( Chopped & clean with water)

Eggs – 5

Garlic cloves – 6 ( Chopped)

Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp

Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp

Salt – 1 tbsp

Red dried chili – 2

Oil – 1 tbsp

Method :-

Put non stick pan on flame adding oil with garlic cloves, fry till light golden brown color.

Add fenugreek leaves, cook till whole water gets evaporated.

Beat the eggs in a bowl, pour them on cooked fenugreek leaves add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, red dried chili.

Stir it continuously & cook till it change into scrambled form , oil start leaving the pan.

Take it out in a bowl, serve it with tortillas or bread.

Your Anda Methi is ready.

Domatesli Pilav ( Turkish Tomato Rice)

Recipe :-

Ingredients :-

Rice – 1 Cup

Tomato paste – 1 Cup

Salt – 1 tbsp

Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp

Oil – 1 tbsp

Water – 2 Cup

Method :-

Wash rice, strain it.

Put non stick pan on flame adding tomato paste, cook till water evaporates from the paste.

Add oil, salt, red chilli powder, rice, water.

Mix all the ingredients & cover the lid. Cook at slow flame till rice becomes soft.

Take it out in a bowl, garnish with coriander leaves.

Your Domatesli Pilav is ready.

Lamb legs Curry (Paya curry)

Ingredients –

Lamb legs – 1 kg

Onion paste – 2 Cup

Onion – 1 ( Chopped)

Ginger / Garlic paste – 2 tbsp

Coriander powder – 2 tbsp

Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp

Salt – 2 tbsp

Garam masala powder – 1 tbsp

Black pepper – 3

Black cardamom – 2

Cinnamon sticks – 2

Green cardamom – 2

Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp

Green chilies – 3 ( Chopped)

Water – 4 Cup

Oil – 2 tbsp

Method :-

Wash lamb legs with warm water.

Put cooker on flame adding lamb legs, chopped onion, water. Cook at 5 whistle, 2 whistle on full flame & 3 whistle at slow flame. Check it once that it becomes soft.

Take out the boiled lamb legs in a bowl with its soup.

Put utensil on flame adding oil with green cardamom, black pepper, black cardamom. Let them crackle.

Now add onion paste, ginger / garlic paste, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder. Adding 1/2 cup water cook till oil start leaving the utensil.

Add lamb legs with its soup, green chilies, garam masala powder. Cook at slow flame till it comes to boil.

Now take it out in a bowl, garnish with coriander leaves.

Your Lamb legs curry is ready.

JackFruit Pea’s Kebabs

Ingredients –

Jackfruit – 1 Cup (boiled)

Pea’s – 1/2 Cup (boiled)

Gram flour – 2 tbsp

Fried onion – 1 (Chopped)

Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp

Salt – 1 tbsp

Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp

Oil – 1 tbsp

Coriander leaves – 5 string (Chopped)

Method :-

In grinder make a paste of jackfruit & pea’s adding 1 tbsp water in it.

Take it out in a bowl mix salt, red chilli powder, fried onion, gram flour, coriander leaves, turmeric powder. Make small round flat cutlet shape kebabs.

Put non stick pan on flame adding oil, heat it & fry it till light golden brown color. Use less oil in it, so that kebabs does not break. ( Don’t fry in deep oil).

Take it out in plate, garnish with chopped onion, coriander leaves, lemon juice.

Your Jackfruit Pea’s Kebabs are ready.

Strawberry Semolina Muffin

Ingredients –

Strawberry – 6 ( Chopped)

Milk – 1 Cup

Figs – 8 ( boiled in 1/2 cup milk & make paste in grinder )

Pistachio – 5 ( Chopped)

Coconut (grated) – 1/2 Cup

Oil – 1 tbsp

Semolina – 1 Cup

Green cardamom – 2

Method :-

Put non stick pan on flame adding oil with green cardamom, let them crackle. Now roast semolina till light golden brown color.

Than grind strawberry with milk. Make a strawberry milk.

Now add this strawberry milk, figs paste in the semolina. Cook till batter start leaving the pan.

Add coconut & mix it nicely.

Take muffin holder put the batter in it with spoon, demould it in a plate by garnishing with pistachio & strawberry.

Your Strawberry Semolina Muffin are ready.

Egg Flour Dessert

Ingredients –

Gram flour – 1 Cup

Eggs – 2 ( boiled, only white portion of egg is used which is chopped in small pieces)

Jaggery – 1/2 Cup

Saffron Milk – 1 Cup ( 1 tbsp saffron color mixed in 1 Cup milk)

Green cardamom – 2

Oil – 2 tbsp

Pistachio – 8 ( Chopped)

Almonds – 5

Method :-

Put non stick pan on flame adding oil with green cardamom, let it crackle. Roast gram flour till light golden brown color.

Now add saffron milk, jaggery, chopped white eggs.

Cook till batter start leaving the pan.

Take it out in a bowl, let it cool down.

Now according to your choice take cookie cutter, fill the batter with spoon. Garnish with pistachio & almonds.

Your Egg Flour Dessert is ready.

French toast Omelette

Ingredients –

Bread – 2

Eggs – 2

Milk – 1 Cup

Cinnamon powder – 1 tbsp

Onion – 1 (Chopped )

Tomato – 2 ( Chopped)

Red chilli – 2 (Chopped)

Coriander leaves – 5 ( String)

Salt – 1 tbsp

Oil – 1 tbsp

Method :-

In a plate mix milk with cinnamon powder. Dip the bread pieces in this milk mixture from both the sides.

Put non stick pan on flame adding 1 tbsp oil.

Keep the bread pieces on the pan, roast from both the sides till they become light golden brown color.

In bowl beat egg, add tomato, red chilli, salt, coriander leaves, onion. Mix them nicely.

Now pour this mixture on french toast which is in the pan.

When egg from one side gets fried than turn it & pour the egg batter, fry it also till light golden brown color.

Take it out in a plate, serve it hot.

Your French Toast Omelette is ready.
