Oats Jaggery Pancakes

Ingredients –

Oats – 1/2 Cup

Wheat flour – 1 Cup

Jaggery – 1 Cup

Water – 1 Cup

Oil

Method :-

In a bowl mix jaggery, oats into water. Keep it aside till jaggery fully dissolve in water.

In another bowl add wheat flour mix jaggery oats water. Make a smooth batter & whip it for 10 min.

Put a non stick pan on flame adding 1 tbsp oil in it. Pour small batch of batter with the spoon on pan, fry till they become light golden brown color.

Take it out in a plate, garnish with banana 🍌 slices, chopped pistachio, almonds .

Your Oats Jaggery Pancake is ready.

Masala Chiroti

Ingredients :-

Self Raising Flour – 1 Cup

Ghee – 2 tbsp

Salt – 1 tbsp

Red chili powder – 1 tbsp

Roasted cumin seeds powder – 1 tbsp

For Paste :-

Self raising flour – 3 tbsp

Ghee – 1 ½ tbsp

Water – 2 tbsp

Oil

Method :-

In a bowl mix self raising flour, salt, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder with ghee & water knead a dough. Keep it aside for ½ hr to rest.

In another bowl make a paste of self raising flour, ghee, water to bind the layers of roti.

Make small balls , spread dry self raising flour on rolling board with the help of rolling pin make 4 thin rotis.

Place a roti spread the paste on it’s surface, than put another roti over it and spread the paste again. Like this complete all the layering.

Now gently roll the pilled up rotis into a log and cut into 1/2 thick circles.

With the help of rolling pin roll the thick circles from the layer side of it in a 4 diameter.

Put pan on flame adding oil in it. As soon as oil gets hot, reduce the flame to medium & fry the chiroti till light golden brown color.

Store them in an airtight container.

Your Masala Chiroti is ready.

This is a type of homemade food medicine which keeps person eye sight good, whose eye sight is weak they can also have it, it keeps mind healthy too. I eat this every morning before my breakfast. As I’m Food Innovator & Airlines Food Researcher, I will share my innovative homemade food medicine recipe with u all bcz I want u all to be healthy & fit. It hv no side effects bcz it is fully made up of food ingredients.

Recipe :-

Take 1 Cup Almonds + 1 Cup Fennel seeds + 1 Cup White rock sugar. Grind them in a grinder to make fine powder. Early morning before breakfast have 1 tbsp of AlFeSa powder than drink 1/2 Cup milk.

Pistachio Granola Ring

Ingredients –

Puffed Rice – 1 Cup

Jaggery – 1 1/2 Cup

Muesli – 1 Cup

Pistachio powder – 1/2 Cup

Ghee – 2 tbsp

Method :-

Put non stick pan on flame adding ghee, than add jaggery, puffed rice, muesli mix all of them.

At slow flame cook till jaggery start leaving the pan.

Grease round plate with ghee spread pistachio powder on whole plate.

Pour the jaggery mixture above the pistachio powder. Keep it aside to set.

Slowly take out the whole pistachio granola ring from plate.

Your Pistachio Granola Ring is ready.

Beetroot Oats Tortilla

Ingredients –

Beetroot juice – 1 1/2 Cup

Wheat flour – 1 Cup

Oats – 1 Cup

Curry leaves – 2 string

Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp

Green Chili paste – 1 tbsp

Salt – 1 tbsp

Cumin seeds powder – 1 tbsp

Oil – 2 tbsp

Method :-

In a bowl mix wheat flour, oats, red chilli powder, curry leaves, salt, green Chili paste, cumin seeds powder with beetroot juice & oil knead a dough.

Keep it aside for 15 min to rest.

Make small balls, spread dry flour on rolling board with the help of rolling pin make small thin tortilla (roti).

Put tawa on flame, roast the tortilla till they become crispy. Spread some oil on it.

Take them out in plate, garnish with pickle & slice of carrot or you can use any chutney also.

Your Beetroot Oats Tortilla is ready.

Curry leaves Gujiya

Ingredients –

Self raising flour – 1 Cup

Semolina – 2 tbsp

Curry leaves – 9 strings (Chopped)

Coconut – 1 Cup (Grated)

Khoya – 1 Cup

Jaggery – 1 Cup

Almonds – 7 (Chopped)

Pistachio – 7 (Chopped)

Cashew nuts – 7 (Chopped)

Green cardamom powder – 1 tbsp

Oil

Milk – 1/2 Cup

Water – 1/2 Cup

Method :-

In a bowl mix self raising flour, semolina, curry leaves knead dough with milk, oil, water.

Keep it aside for 1/2 hr to rest covering it with cloth.

Put non stick pan on flame roast khoya at slow flame for 2 min, add coconut, jaggery, green cardamom powder. Cook for 5 min switch off the flame.

Add almonds, pistachio, cashew nuts in it. Mix all ingredients nicely, let it cool down.

Make small dough balls, spread dry self raising flour on rolling board with the help of rolling pin make small thin puri.

Take 1 tbsp gujiya mixture put on puri, fold its edges & stick them with self raising flour gum. (gum is made by taking 2 tbsp water mixing with 3 tbsp self raising flour) .

Heat oil in a pan. Fry gujiya till light golden brown color.

Take it out in a plate, sprinkle some grated coconut on it.

Your Curry Leaves Gujiya is ready.

Masala Dhokla

Ingredients :-

Gram flour (Besan) – 1 Cup

Curd – 1 1/2 Cup

Orange Carrots – 1 (Chopped)

Onion – 1 (Chopped)

Coriander leaves – 3 strings (Chopped)

Red chili powder – 1 tbsp

Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp

Garam masala powder – 1/2 tbsp

Salt – 1 tbsp

Baking powder – 1/4 tbsp

Oil – 1 tbsp

Mustard seed – 1/2 tbsp

Curry leaves – 2 string

Method :-

Method :-

In a bowl mix gram flour, curd, turmeric powder. Keep it aside for 2 hrs.

Add red chili powder, salt, onion, orange carrot, coriander leaves, baking powder, garam masala powder.

In muffin moulds pour dhokla batter & put to steam on medium flame , cook till they are well set and becomes spongy.

For Tempering :-

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and sauté for few seconds.

Pour over dhokla & serve with green chili chutney.

Your Masala Dhokla is ready.
